Eligibility for Refund
We put immense time, effort, and resources into our outreach, content creation, and link building campaigns. Because our services are labor intensive and involve third party publishers, we offer refunds under specific conditions:
- Service Delivery Failure: If we are unable to secure the agreed upon guest post or link placement within the stipulated timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund for that specific order.
- Quality Discrepancies: If the published content does not meet the agreed upon quality guidelines or niche requirements, we will first offer to fix or replace the placement. If we cannot rectify the issue, a refund will be issued.
- Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before we have initiated the outreach process or commissioned the content, you may request a refund. Please note that once outreach has begun or content has been written, we cannot offer a refund for the work already in progress.
Non Refundable Services
Please be aware that the following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have already been fully delivered and verified.
- Any third party fees or charges that have already been paid out to publishers.
- Instances where the client fails to provide necessary information or access required to fulfill the service.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@linksparks.net. Please include your order number, the reason for your request, and any supporting documentation. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
